ABOUT ME: Name Now: Jacqui Hobbs I live in Dryden on a sheep & dog farm, with my husband and 3 children. Alethia is 20yr and in school in Johnson City at Jenny Lea Academy. Shannes is 18yr and in school at UVA-Wise. Hayden is over 1 1/2 yr, and Tim, my husband, works at Eastman. I am a stay at home mom for now. I was a nurse for Medical Assoc. of SWVA in Big Stone Gap until Hayden was born. WHERE I LIVE NOW: Dryden, VA OTHER PLACES I'VE LIVED: CURRENT INTERESTS: WORK/CAREER: LPN HOBBIES: Taking care of the farm with my husband. Getting my hair done by Alethia (practice). Going to UVA-Wise ballgames to watch Shannes cheer. Playing with Hayden (he keeps me real busy). FAMILY: My parents, Jan and John Marion still live in Pennington Gap. They still own John Marion Pharmacy. My sister, Jannesah, is now a Pharmacist and is working there with our Dad. PETS: Not really my pets...Alethia and Shannes have 2 dogs. Tim has a Border Collie (works the sheep). We also have 2 Great Pyreeneese (guard the sheep), and 50-60 Sheep. We raise and sell the Sheep and Pyreeneese. We have 9 Pyreeneese puppies born on 10-3-07. MEMORIES: Football games. The year Tanya and I were football managers. HA! HA! HA! What crazy times we all had during high school. I have already had 2 girls go though high school. It has changed some, but for the most part it is just as crazy and upsetting as it was in 1987. We had good times. Driving around town all weekend. It was fun...But I am glad it is over |
