ABOUT ME: Happy, healthy, and sporting a new look! Have gotten to travel to some great places (Vegas, Nashville, etc.), meet some great people, and do some interesting things, even have even gotten to hold a real Super Bowl ring in my hand (thanks to Tony Jones who played for the Browns/Broncos - he's a class act). WHERE I LIVE NOW: Pennington Gap for 5 years - Got my 'rat out of the race' and came back here. OTHER PLACES I'VE LIVED: Myrtle Beach, Bluefield/Princton, WV, Wytheville, Christiansburg CURRENT INTERESTS: WORK/CAREER: Ecommerce for 11+ years (time flies) HOBBIES: Collecting old books, hitting the drums and cymbals, and making an attempt at learning bass guitar. Also still have a love of sports cars (and drive them responsibly now). FAMILY: A better half and two kids I've helped raise which are now 16 and 18 (and thankfully have more common sense and responsibility than I had at that age). PETS: Cats, Dogs, owned a Horse (okay, 1/2 of the horse, which someone jokingly referred to as the end that doesn't need to be fed !) MEMORIES: Having the worst senior pic in our class (I'll blame it on the flu). Ugh! As far as memories, tons of good ones, and very few bad ones. My forever indebtedness to Mrs. Rasnic, for going above and beyond her job to make sure I actually graduated and got the chance get out of here and make something of myself, instead of continuing down the 'bad' path I was on at the time. Ms. Carson from elementary school, who has to be one of the finest people I've ever met in my life. My one regret was that I was a bit shy then, and because of that I didn't get to know a lot of people as well as I would have liked. It's almost funny now, because a few people have told me they thought I was 'stuck up'....what in the world did 'I' have to be stuck up about?!? For anyone who take it that way - My apologies, it was just shyness. |
