ABOUT ME: Name Now: Shannon Dilbeck I am married to David Dilbeck. I have three great children, one son Blake(16) and two daughters Whitney (13) Sierra (11). They are the greatest achievement of my life!!!! I have a bachelors in English Literature from UVA @ Wise and a degree in special education. I teach Special needs kids at Flatwoods Primary. I worked for 8 years as an Audiologist aide and Sign Language Interpreter while attending school.I taught for three years in Wise before moving to Flatwoods. I love my job very much. I have been very blessed. WHERE I LIVE NOW: Pennington Gap OTHER PLACES I'VE LIVED: Chesapeake Va and Newport News Va. CURRENT INTERESTS: WORK/CAREER: Special Education Teacher HOBBIES: I love to read. I decorate cakes. I take care of all the car pool.Ha!!! I love Nascar(Go Dale Jr.) I couldn't live without music. All of it. Country, Old Rock, Soft Rock, Rap, Contemporary Christian, Southern Gospel. Well, I can't stand heavy metal. ha!! I suppose I don't love it all. FAMILY: My parents are still living. They are doing o.k. My brothers are skattered. Chuck lives in Dryden, Mark in Nashville Tennessee, Lil Tim in Roanoke, Cathy lives in Jonesville, Big Tim lives here, and Brandon lives in Kingsport Tennessee. Everyone is doing well. We are all busy raising babies and working. PETS: I have a very old Cat(Slick)Who is 19 years old. I have a 2 year old Schitzu, Thumper and both are spoiled rotten. Thumper is my walking partner. He walks 4 miles a day with me and I have to reward him with ice.ha! MEMORIES: I had wonderful memories of PHS. I loved every minute of it. In fact I believed I cried our entire Senior yr. because I didn't want to graduate and lose touch with everyone. I had so much fun with everyone. George, Sharon, Wes, Bobby, Mike, Kelly, Ana, Joe, Donnie, Belinda, Evonne, Tammy, Tim, Keith, Lisa...Everyone. I couldn't wait to get to school to see you all. I haven't forgotten anyone and I hope you are all well. |
