ABOUT ME: Name Now: Denise Burgin Eric got home from Iraq in September He was gone 15 months. The whole unit made it back home. Eric and I both hit 40 last year. I am looking forward to what 40 has in store for us. Seems like we have been together forever. We are still best friend after 21 1/2 years. Derick and Ericka are a mixture of us both (not sure if that is good or not.) I work in 5yr old kintergarden. I really enjoy my job. I love being with kids. WHERE I LIVE NOW: Gaffney S.C. OTHER PLACES I'VE LIVED: Fort Polk LA CURRENT INTERESTS: WORK/CAREER: K5 Teacher Assistant HOBBIES: I love being outside. Eric and I put a camper on lake Greenwood and love spending weekends on the lake cruising and fishing or just setting on the front porch grilling out. (Boy are we getting old) LOL I love spending as much time together as we can. FAMILY: Derick had his 18th birthday on Dec 24, 2005 He is a Senior this year, he is the Group commander in his AFROTC group. He is hoping for a AFROTC scholarship to Clempson University. He wants to go into biology. He loves playing the guitar and singing. He runs cross country and track. Ericka Denise will be 15 next month. She is in her first year of high school and loves it. I see me in her more every day. They both have grown really fast but every year brings a new journey. We have been blessed with 2 very good children. Eric has went back to work at Freightliner and is still a 1SG in SC National Guard. We will have out 22 anninversary in May. And I am looking forward to 22 more. PETS: 3 cats Milo, Smokey, Princess MEMORIES: I have so many wonderful high school memories. Lots of great friends and alot of good times. I wouldn't want to go back, but I love to remember. Everything then shaped the people we are today and I like where I am. So I guess something was done right. |
