ABOUT ME: Well, I'm 47 years old and I have the typical aches and pains everyone else has from several years of punishing our bodies playing sports. Otherwise, I feel fairly healthy. I feel very fortunate for what I have so you won't get any complaints from me. I currently work for Home Depot USA, Austin Internet Technology Center. I've been with them for four years now. My title is Senior Facility Data Systems Engineer. My job is to manage the maintenance for the AC equipment that supports the Data Center where the servers are located. These servers support all the Home Depot retail stores transactions nation wide. I also manage the Utility power for the racks that the servers are mounted in, Cooling capacity, Data Center floor location, Facility expense and capital budget for our department, asset database and many other tasks that I don't have room to list. So, as long as everyone continues to buy from Home Depot I'll still have a job. Home Depot is the worlds second largest retailer, Walmart is #1. Also, I'd like to say thank you and KEEP BUYING! FAMILY: December 22,1983 I married Mary Katherine Baumgardner. Soon we will be celebrating 25 years marriage. January 16,1996 our son Matthew Lewis was born. He will begin 7th grade this fall. June 27,2000 our daughter Cassie Elizabeth was born. She will start 3rd grade this Fall. My wife and kids are what I live for and cherish every moment I can. My wife is still as beautiful as she was when we were in high school. She loves gardening and decorating the house. My kids are shy and very loving. Matthew loves his computer games and sports and Cassie loves to sing and dance. PETS: We had a mixed allahso/shitzu for 19 years. She was lovable to everyone and the finest pet I've ever experienced. She past away 3 years ago. We now have two very spirited mixed Chiuhauha's. We always know when someone is at the door before they ring,or if a bird lands in the yard. They love to chase the birds and play fetch when they're not chasing. They are also very loving and want attention 24/7 by laying in your lap if they catch you sitting still. MEMORIES: Everyone who remembers me probably already knows my fondest memories. Football season 1976, the year we went to the state playoff. That was one of the most proud times of my life because I got to be a part of it. I was so proud just to be on the team even though I rarely touched the field. That was my brother Clay's senior year and I loved watching him play. We were so close and I learned so much from him. I'll never forget that year and all the team mates that made that dream possible. |
