ABOUT ME: Name Now: Pam Seals I've been fortunate to have had the same job with Joy Mining Machinery since 1981. I travel some and get to work with great people from a wide variety of locations. I haven't changed much in that I still take things seriously, want to be and do my best and I hold on to those things that are precious to me. The light of my life is our son Brandon. I was pregnant with him at the 10-year reunion in 1988....and we haven't had a reunion since then! Billy and I have lived in Blaircroft subdivision in Hickory Flats since 1986. We are members of Gilbert's Memorial United Methodist Church in Hickory Flats where Billy is lay leader and I teach children's church. Brandon is the typical teenager who doesn't have a clue what he wants to do after High School. I keep reminding him that he is living the best days of his life right now and he should enjoy it.....so he does! WHERE I LIVE NOW: Hickory Flats (Woodway, VA) OTHER PLACES I'VE LIVED: St. Charles, VA CURRENT INTERESTS: WORK/CAREER: Human Resource Manager HOBBIES: The best way I can spend any free time I have is to share it with family and friends. Hobbies include reading, walking, landscaping, or anything to do with home decor. FAMILY: Married Billy Seals (1979) - Son Brandon Matthew Seals (1988) - Lost both parents (Dad 1988) (Mom 1993) - Sisters and brother all live in local area. PETS: Nick - Male Lab/Hound mix (rowdy teenage boy) Ruby - Female Beagle (prissy little girl) MEMORIES: Although I was not one of the "popular people", I had a good time at PHS. I can't think of anything really radical that I did! Like everyone else, most of the memories involve favorite teachers and those friends we thought we'd never forget (and haven't seen since graduation)! One of my favorite memories was the realization that Miss Langley really did have a sense of humor. 'It was long ago and far away but sometimes seems like just yesterday.' |

It is curious that physical courage should be so common in the world and moral courage so rare. Mark Twain (1835 - 1910) |
